To manage our COVID Test Center, during the Locarno Film Festival 2021, we needed a fast and complete solution. Appybros put on an extreme lean, stable and fast web based solution within days. Very user friendly and easy to use, it has enabled us to complete a very large amount of Corona Test with lean teams.
The solution has been integrated with the governmental platform to release official QR COVID certificates. (in a night!)
With a very short lists of initial bugs that was solved overnight in the first couple of days, and very useful reports, the system supported us all along our activity. Flexible on requests of adaptation, reliable on the timing, Ed and his team helped us a lot.

Ci siamo affidati ad Appybros per lo sviluppo di un software su misura per la gestione del nostro inventario. Il team ci ha accompagnato nell’ottimizzazione di un impegnativo processo di trasformazione digitale. Dopo un'attenta analisi del nostro metodo di lavoro, Appybros ha raccolto le nostre richieste traducendole in un prototipo funzionale, che ci ha permesso di avere un'anteprima molto fedele del risultato finale. Il metodo di sviluppo agile si è rivelato molto efficace per implementare i nostri feedback in corso d’opera. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti della collaborazione e dell’ottimo risultato.

We contacted Appybros because of an issue that we thought to be impossible to solve it in a short time. Luckly, they managed to help us! We needed to improve the user-experience on two of the most important pages of our website. Unfortunately, they had been created long ago with a technology that has become obsolete. I worked with Appybros on a complex project that required 3 different developments: an iOS application, an Android application and a Web Application, the three connected to each other. Before working with them, I had gone through an unsuccessful collaboration with another agency, which ended up with an unpleasant waste of time and resources for me. Appybros instilled competence and reliability since the beginning of our collaboration. They suggested a two-step approach to the project: first, they create a clickable prototype (very useful to receive and implement early-stage feedback); then, once the prototype had been approved, they dived into the apps and software development. This method proved to be extremely successful: not only it allowed to speed up the project and make up for lost time, but it also provided me very quickly with a tangible version of what, until then, had been just an idea. Since then, Appybros is my go-to tech partner and, thanks also to their precious work, Ontime.menu(https://ontime.menu) is now among the 20 finalists of the start-up competition "Boldbrain Startup Challenge", I highly recommend them!

Utilizziamo testrapido.ch nella nostra farmacia da qualche mese e dobbiamo dire che ci dà una grandissima mano nella gestione delle prenotazioni dei tamponi covid , facendoci risparmiare tempo e consentendoci di aumentare in modo significativo la nostra produttività. È un gestionale intuitivo e semplice da utilizzare e, a richiesta, si puo' adattare a qualsiasi esigenza della farmacia. Da provare!

Die Entscheidung, sich zunächst auf die Planung zu konzentrieren, bevor wir in die Entwicklungsphase eintraten, war eine gewinnbringende Wahl, die zum Erfolg dieser ersten Phase der Ideenfindung unserer Computersysteme beigetragen hat. Dieser Ansatz ermöglichte es unserem Team, verschiedene Lösungen sorgfältig zu erkunden und zu bewerten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer vollständig erfüllten, bevor Ressourcen für ihre Implementierung gebunden wurden. Außerdem konnten so von Anfang an mögliche Probleme oder Diskrepanzen identifiziert und gelöst werden, wodurch Zeit und wertvolle Ressourcen während der nachfolgenden Softwareentwicklung eingespart wurden.

Ein weiterer Aspekt, der zum Erfolg des Workshops beigetragen hat, ist das visuelle Prototyping, das es uns ermöglichte, das Ergebnis dessen, was wir planten, grafisch darzustellen und somit Abstraktionen zu vermeiden, die besonders schwierig bei Projekten dieses Umfangs und dieser Komplexität sind. Dies verschaffte uns eine klare und konkrete Sicht auf unsere Ideen und ermöglichte es uns, informierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

La scelta di concentrarsi sulla progettazione prima di entrare nella fase di sviluppo è stata una scelta vincente che ha contribuito al successo di questa prima fase di ideazione dei nostri sistemi informatici. Questo approccio ha permesso al nostro team di esplorare e valutare con attenzione diverse soluzioni, assicurandoci che soddisfacessero appieno le esigenze degli utenti prima di impegnare risorse nella loro implementazione. Inoltre, ha permesso di individuare e risolvere eventuali problemi o discrepanze fin dall'inizio, risparmiando così tempo e risorse preziose durante lo sviluppo software che ne seguirà.

Un altro aspetto che ha contributo al successo del workshop è la elaborazione visiva (prototyping), che ci ha consentito di visualizzare graficamente il risultato di ciò che stavamo progettando, evitando così astrazioni, particolarmente difficili in progetti di questa portata e complessità. Questo ci ha fornito una visione chiara e concreta delle nostre idee, consentendoci di prendere decisioni informate.
