It depends on complexity and starting point. In most cases, we begin with a prototyping or validation phase to define priorities and reduce risk before investing in full development.
A prototype is used to validate ideas, flows, and decisions without building the full software. An MVP is a first working version of the product, designed to be used and tested in a real-world context.
Because it leads to better decisions. Prototyping reduces uncertainty, avoids waste, and helps clarify what should actually be built before committing budget and resources.
It means using AI as part of the process, not as a feature to sell. We use it to improve quality, speed, and control, while keeping the focus on reliability, maintainability, and concrete results.
We work in a structured and iterative way. We start with analysis and design, define goals and priorities together, and then move forward step by step, with continuous feedback and full visibility on progress.
We work on both new projects and existing software. We often step into running systems to improve them, integrate new components, or make them more reliable and maintainable over time.

That's perfectly fine. The prototype is a result on its own: you keep it and can use it for internal decisions, presentations, or to continue the project with us or with another partner.
We mainly work with SMEs, established companies, and public institutions. We also consider startup projects, especially when there is a clear vision and a pragmatic approach to development.
